AmarDashboard

“The owner should know the day's profit before the shutter comes down.”

Context

Mobile phone shops in Bangladesh run on notebooks and memory. Every handset is its own IMEI, customers buy on credit, and the owner finds out how the day went by counting the drawer. A second branch doubles the guesswork.

Constraint

Staff sell, but they must never see buying prices. Shop internet drops daily, so selling has to keep working through an outage. Setup had to fit inside one visit, in Bengali or English, with nothing to install.

What we built

AmarDashboard: sell in ten seconds by barcode or IMEI, take cash, bKash or due, and WhatsApp the receipt. Every unpaid baki sits on one list with a one-tap reminder. Sales queue offline and send when the connection returns. Profit is hidden from staff at the database level, not just on screen.

Result

Our own product, live at amardashboard.com. Owners get a day-close summary on their phone at ten every night: cash in drawer, bKash received, dues, expenses, every branch on its own line. Plans start at 1,000 taka a month, set up at the shop in about an hour.
